SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
To ensure you obtain your desired day and time, we recommend scheduling your appointments at least two weeks in advance (4 weeks in advance for weekends and packages). All service booked (including those with gift cards) require a credit card to guarantee a scheduled appointment. Your credit card will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their preferred methods of payments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your services and treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policy. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations less than 24 hours, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full. Scheduling your appointment is your acceptance of these policies. This policy allows others to benefit from our specialized services. As a courtesy to other clients and our staff, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in the price of any skin care treatment or spa service. Customary tipping runs 15% - 20% but is, of course, up to your individual discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon checkout at the front desk.

RETURN POLICY
At BEAUTY BY RX we only carry the finest quality products available for the face and body. If you have any questions or concerns about the proper use of the product you have purchased please contact our staff for assistance 248.792.6780.If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may return them within 15 days of purchase, with your receipt for a product exchange or house credit.
GIFT CARDS & GIFT BASKETS
Give the gift of beautiful skin, health and wellness with an elegant wrapped of Gift Certificate. You can purchase your gift certificates in person, by telephone 248.792.6780. Gift certificates are available in any denomination and can be used for any spa service or skin care treatment, products or boutique items. Gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift certificates are not refundable or replaceable even if lost, misplaced or stolen.
We can also customize a beautiful gift basket with the products of your choosing for any special occasion. Ask your professional staff for assistance in putting the perfect gift together for the special occasion!
