What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our Spa Reservation Department when booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or disabilities or if you are pregnant. If you have any concern at all, please let us know.
When should I arrive?
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to scheduled treatment. This will allow you time to fill out any needed paperwork prior to heading to our relaxation room. Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment since all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
What should I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed with clothing: however, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on.
Should I bring my valuables?
For the safety of your valuables, we suggest that you leave them at home. We do not assume any liability for valuables.
What is the cancellation policy?
As a courtesy to other guests and to our therapist and aestheticians, we strictly adhere to the Spa cancellation policy. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% for the scheduled service. Cancellations of packages or group events require a 48-hour notice.
What if I am running late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
What about gratuities?
Gratuities are at your discretion. 15%-20% is a good guideline.
What are the age requirements for clinical treatments and spa services?
All clinical services require an accompanying adult signed consent form prior to service.
What if I am pregnant?
While there are a few treatments that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify our scheduling agents if you are pregnant when you make your appointment so that they can offer guidance.
Are gift certificates available from Beauty By Rx?
Absolutely, you may purchase Spa Gift Certificates for a specific dollar amount.
The Spa Gift Certificate can be used toward services or towards purchases in our spa retail area.
